Adrienne Fowler and Lauren Snyder Present MyLaw CLE Entitled “Legal Ethics Online: New Rules and Trends”

Attorneys have a duty to be technically competent and to understand how technology impacts the practice of law.  What this means is constantly evolving.  In this course, attorneys can expect to discuss the most relevant confidentiality, competency, and advertising-related issues attorneys grapple with in the online environment.  This includes, among other things, cybersecurity obligations to protect client information, ethical issues associated with preservation of electronic data, and ethical conduct in the online space.
