Amy Richardson and Hilary Gerzhoy Present a CLE on “Ethical Considerations for Family Law Practices”

Ms. Richardson’s and Ms. Gerzhoy’s presentation explored ethics questions raised by family law practices including potential client conflicts, how to handle clients who engage in self-help, limited-scope engagements, and terminating representations.  The presentation answered questions regarding how to deal with prospective clients who do not end up retaining you, and how to manage conflicts created by “frequent flyers.”
