WASHINGTON, DC – January 04, 2016 – Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis LLP today announced that Kristine Laudadio Devine has been promoted to partner. With extensive experience across myriad aspects of communications law, Ms. Devine has deep experience representing clients engaged in communications-related transactions and negotiations.
