Hilary Gerzhoy and John Grimm Present CLE on Maryland’s New Rules for Prosecutorial Conduct

On January 12, Hilary Gerzhoy and John Grimm will present the CLE “New Rules for Prosecutorial Conduct” for the Maryland State Bar Association. The program will highlight recently approved changes to Maryland Rule 3.8 affirming a prosecutor’s duty to disclose exculpatory information even after a defendant is convicted, under certain circumstances.  Click here to learn more about this virtual session.
