Hilary Gerzhoy Presents CLE on The Ethics of Cybersecurity to the Energy Bar Association

On October 12, Hilary Gerzhoy presented a CLE at the Energy Bar Association’s mid-year conference in Washington, D.C. on the ethical issues implicated by cybersecurity. The program covered a lawyer’s communication, confidentiality, competence, and supervisory obligations as they relate to data security measures.  The program also focused on how to prevent data breaches and what to do if they happen. Hilary co-presented the program with Cynthia Wright of the District of Columbia’s Office of Disciplinary Counsel.
