HWG Advises The Stagwell Group on Acquisition of MultiView, Inc.

Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis LLP advised The Stagwell Group, a private equity firm that manages investments in new media and digital marketing services, in its acquisition of B2B digital marketer MultiView, Inc. from Warburg Pincus.

Since its founding in 2015, Stagwell has made investments in digital marketing services and raised over $500 million to support its investment strategy. Its portfolio includes over 2,500 employees
around the world. Its acquisition of MultiView marks Stagwell’s first significant investment in the growing B2B digital marketing space.

With more than 400 employees across the US and Canada, MultiView is a leading provider of digital marketing solutions for B2B marketers and publishing solutions for trade associations.
