HWG Advises Tucows Inc. in Announced Acquisition of Simply Bits

Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis LLP advised Tucows Inc. (NASDAQ: TCX) (TSX: TC), a global provider of internet services, in its announced acquisition of Simply Bits, the largest fixed wireless network service company based in Tucson, Arizona.

The acquisition, which will be made through Tucows subsidiary Ting Internet, is subject to regulatory approvals and expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2021.
