HWG Partners Thomas Mason and Amy Richardson Present “Attorney Malpractice Traps in Employment Law” at the Virginia Bar Annual Conference on Labor Relations and Employment Law

The presentation discussed how to avoid a claim of legal malpractice in employment law matters and identified common malpractice traps in such matters including: the element of a claim, principles of preventing malpractice, preventing claims, and loss minimization. The presentation also covered substantive examples of common employment law malpractice scenarios.
