HWG’s Adrienne Fowler to Facilitate Workshop at 26th Annual Conference of ABA Forum on Communications Law

Adrienne Fowler will help facilitate two workshops on data privacy at the ABA’s Forum on Communications Law on January 29 and February 2nd, 2021. 

The workshops will highlight privacy laws proposed or under consideration in over 20 states, individual privacy rights, and how companies can address those rights and consumer expectations.  They will also focus on the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), lessons from General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) practices and enforcement, and what companies can do to improve their data practices and policies today.
