HWG’s Amy Richardson and Deepika Ravi Present CLE on Contacts with Represented and Unrepresented Persons

On January 28, 2021, HWG partners Amy Richardson and Deepika Ravi hosted a CLE program on the rules governing contacts with represented and unrepresented persons. This program reviewed the no-contact rule and explored how that rule applies in various contexts, including for represented organizations, government officials, and client-to-client communications.
