HWG’s Amy Richardson and Lauren Snyder Present CLE on Ethics of Conflicts of Interest

Presented on October 8, 2020, this course, titled “The Ethics of Conflicts of Interest – Legal Do’s & Don’ts”, began with the ABA Rules of Professional Conduct relevant to performing a conflict of interest analysis and also considered the policies and interests that underlie the conflict rules.  It then walked through how to analyze a conflict of interest scenario and concluded with application of these principles by reviewing examples and hypotheticals involving conflicts of interest practitioners may face.
