HWG’s Chris Wright to Participate in Panel on Prometheus v. FCC

HWG’s Chris Wright participated in a panel to discuss Prometheus v. FCC, a case regarding media ownership argued in the U.S. Supreme Court.  An HWG team filed an amicus brief in the case on behalf of ten former FCC Chairs and Commissioners. You can watch a recording of the panel here.
