At the Collaborative Economy Conference in San Francisco from October 21-22, 2015, HWG partners Mark Davis and Jared Marx will give a presentation titled “Building a Collaborative Infrastructure: Assessing Ongoing Legal Concerns of the Sharing Economy, or, Don’t Forget That the Regulators Think They’re the Good Guys.” They will discuss the legal implications of the sharing economy and what companies need to know about regulation.
