Wiltshire & Grannis LLP partner Kent Bressie will chair the cybersecurity panel and the marine jurisdiction workshop at the Submarine Networks World Conference (long known as SubNets) to be held in Singapore September 10-12, 2013. The cybersecurity panel will address cybersecurity risks and industry and government responses. His fellow panelists will include senior industry executives and experts. The marine jurisdiction workshop will address the impact of increasingly aggressive jurisdictional assertions by governments on the regulatory and permitting processes for undersea able installation and maintenance.
