Partner Madeleine Findley to Speak on Regulatory Challenges and Opportunities for Undersea Cable Systems at Advanced Submarine Network for the Telecom Industry Conference

Madeleine Findley, a partner at Wiltshire & Grannis LLP, will give a presentation on regulatory challenges and opportunities facing undersea cable systems at the Advanced Submarine Network for the Telecom Industry Conference.  Her presentation will address significant proposed changes to the U.S. Universal Service Fund and regulatory fee assessments, potential conflicts with regulatory regimes in the Energy sector, and cyber security and national security issues.  The conference will be held in London, England on November 22 and 23, 2012.

Ms. Findley has experience representing undersea cable operators and suppliers on a range of legal and regulatory issues, including national security and investment reviews, telecoms licensing, privacy, export controls and sanctions, and domestic and international regulatory strategy and compliance matters.
