Daniel Tingley is an associate with the law firm of Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis LLP, where he practices litigation, telecommunications law, and privacy law.
Before entering private practice, Dan clerked for the Honorable Stanley Marcus of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He received his J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he served as an editor of the Harvard Law Review and participated in the Harvard Supreme Court Litigation Clinic. He received a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, graduating summa cum laude.
