William J. Quinn
William Quinn is an associate with the law firm of Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis LLP, where he practices trial and appellate litigation and telecommunications law.
Prior to joining Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis, Mr. Quinn was a staff sergeant and later a captain in the United States Army, serving in both South Korea and Iraq during his ten years on active duty. He has published numerous articles on his experiences, including features in the New York Times and Washington Post.
Mr. Quinn received his J.D. from the University of Michigan where he was the Production Editor of the Michigan Journal of International Law. He received his B.S. from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service.
Mr. Quinn volunteers his time as an advocate for anti-torture legislation for Human Rights First. He is conversational in Korean.
