Thomas Mason and Amy Richardson Present “Identifying and Dealing with Ethical Conflicts of Interest” at the D.C. Bar

The presentation discussed various issues related to potential conflicts of interest and how the DC Rules of Professional Conduct apply to such conflicts. Specifically, the presentation included information on how to analyze a conflict of interest scenario, policies and interests of conflicts rules, and ways to analyze various conflicts depending on who the client is and whether or not there is adversity.
