Thomas Mason and Lauren Snyder Present “Ethical Strategies for Dealing with Challenging or Difficult Clients” at the D.C. Bar

This presentation included examples of difficult clients including clients who are unrealistic, intimidating, or who make unreasonable demands and offered strategies in dealing with such clients. The presentation also offered strategies in line with the DC Rules of Professional Conduct when working with such clients and hypothetical situations in which different rules apply.
