Thomas Mason Presented on Ethics at the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA) Annual Conference
At NACUA’s 2015 Annual Conference held from June 28-July 1, 2015 in Washington, D.C., HWG partner Thomas Mason spoke on the panel, “So Sue Me? When In-House Counsel is Personally Named as a Defendant.” The discussion focused on considerations, issues, and steps to take before and after an institution’s in-house counsel is sued.
