The presentation is designed for in-house counsel, those commonly on the front lines in a government raid, and will include an opportunity for participants to ask questions.
WHO: Patrick O’Donnell and Stephen Miller are members of the white-collar defense team at Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis LLP. Both represent clients in white collar criminal investigations and prosecutions, as well as civil investigations initiated by a wide variety of regulatory agencies, including the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Communications Commission, and the Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security. Mr. O’Donnell has over 15 years of experience representing clients in both civil and white-collar criminal investigations and prosecutions. Before joining HWG, Mr. Miller served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Jack Zouhary of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
