Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis LLP today announced that Bill Wiltshire, a founding member of the award-winning firm, has been named Managing Partner. Mr. Wiltshire succeeds Mark Grannis, who will remain on the firm’s Executive Committee. Mr. Wiltshire has been a partner in the firm’s acclaimed communications practice since the firm’s founding 18 years ago, today.

Mr. Wiltshire’s practice focuses on providing strategic, regulatory, and transactional advice to communications, satellite, media, and other high-tech companies. He provides advice and representation ranging from specific matters of strategic significance to ongoing day-to-day compliance with regulatory requirements.

He currently serves as co-chair of the Federal Communications Bar Association’s Transactional Practice Committee. He earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and his B.A. summa cum laude from Princeton University.
